Depending on specific requirements for each product, we choose between thermoforming, vacuum forming, pressure forming or other methods to create the most streamlined process possible.  In this way, we have mass produced a multitude of custom- built parts for automotive applications.  For this we use different types of materials including: XLPE FOAM, PP-PE FOAM, NON-WOVEN FIBERS, PVC, EVA, and MOLDED URETHANE FOAM.
