Problem Solved.
About Peninsula Plastics
Peninsula Plastics began in 1980 as a material handling company making shipping containers for the automotive industry. Our current 100,000 square foot factory in Auburn Hills, MI, opened its doors in 1980, and that expansion involved both floor space and the level and diversity of our output. We began producing numerous products and providing solutions for a wide array of companies. We designed and manufactured automotive parts such as bumpers, battery case covers, fender wells, center consoles and more. We’ve produced environmental solutions for land-owners with our ground water retention structures and green roof planting containers. And of course we’ve constructed the industry standard in stackable, recyclable, returnable pallets which drastically reduce shipping costs via their light weight and durability.
We want a challenge.
We enjoy turning the concepts of our clients into professionally manufactured parts. Peninsula Plastics does all design, development and tooling in-house, which is unique to the industry. Our thermoforming capabilities include single sheet forming, twin sheet thermoforming, heavy gauge thermoforming, CNC mold making and trimming, vacuum forming, pressure forming and die-cast forming. Using any or all of these methods, we can produce anything our clients can dream of.
